Hospice of North Iowa Golf Open sponsored by TSB is set for Friday, June 16, 2006 at the Bear Creek Golf Course in Forest City, Iowa. Rain date is June 23, 2006.

7:30 a.m. Registration / Breakfast
8:30 a.m. Shotgun Start
4:00 p.m. Awards

For thirteen years, the Hospice of North Iowa Golf Open has successfully raised thousands of dollars for those in our local area who are facing a terminal illness or life-threatening condition. Join us as we continue to reaffirm the Hospice mission - providing supportive care services to those near end of life, those grieving, and for the community. All proceeds from this event go to support Hospice of North Iowa patients and their families.

Format is as follows:
4 - person best shot
Individual $50, Team $200
($20 of fee is tax deductible)
