Dial-A-Bank allows our customers 24 hour access to their account information, to make transfers between their accounts, and to make loan payments from the convenience of any touch tone telephone.

Using the System:

The first time you call:
Please use your temporary security code that you received from TSB. It is recommended that you immediately change your temporary security code to a new four-digit number that is easy for you to remember and that only you know. To change your security code, just press 6 at the main menu and follow the instructions provided.

Before using Dial-A-Bank, the 24-hour Telephone Banking System, make sure that you have the account numbers handy for the accounts you want to use.

All transactions conducted prior to our cutoff time at 2:00PM Central Time, Monday through Friday will be processed that business day.

Main Menu
1) For information on checking accounts
2) For information on savings accounts
3) To transfer money between accounts
4) For information on certificates of deposit accounts
5) For information on loan accounts or to make loan payments
6) To change your security code
9) To repeat this menu
*) To Exit

Checking Account Menu - Press 1
1) To hear your current balance and most recent deposit again
2) To inquire about a particular check
3) For the last 10 withdrawals
4) For the last 10 deposits
9) To return to the main menu
*) To Exit

Savings Account Menu - Press 2
1) To hear your current balance and most recent deposit again
2) For the last 10 withdrawals
3) For the last 10 deposits
9) To return to the main menu
*) To Exit

Transfer Funds Menu - Press 3
1) To transfer money from your checking account
2) To transfer money from your savings account

 1) To transfer to another checking account
 2) To transfer to another savings account
 3) To transfer to a pre-authorized checking account
 4) To transfer to a pre-authorized savings account

9) To return to the main menu
*) To Exit
NOTE: Be sure to confirm your transaction when prompted

CD Account Menu - Press 4
1) To hear information again
9) To return to the main menu
*) To Exit

Loan Account Information - Press 6
1) To hear information again
2) To make a payment on this loan

 1) To pay on this loan from a checking account
 2) To pay on this loan from a savings accoune
  1) To pay regular loan payment
  2) To pay a different amount

9) To return to the main menu

NOTE: Be sure to confirm your transaction when prompted

To Change Your Security Code - Press 6
Your security code cannot start with Zero (0) in the first position.
Enter your new four digit security code and press # when done or * to cancel.

To have your Security Code Reset - Contact any TSB Branch.
