TSB Bank Holds Groundbreaking for New Facility in Thompson
On April 1st Allan Boyken welcomed the crowd to the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Titonka Savings Bank in Thompson. After giving the opening remarks Allan turned the microphone over to Mayor Bob Johnson who thanked TSB for having faith in Thompson. He went on to say that the new bank will be an asset for the community.
President Boyken thanked the TSB staff and the City of Thompson, and the Thompson EDC for working to make this happen.
The new bank will have a 24-hour ATM, with room for insurance and investment offices. For the last year the staff has been planning the building and now is the time to build.
Allan thanked the community and the city council for all the help in making this a reality and the Hometown Market for allowing them to purchase the land. The city will complete Monroe St. to the highway.
Turnkey Associates will once again be working with TSB to make this project a reality. With great weather the people of Thompson will be banking at the new bank by the end of the year.
